A BUDDING CURIOUSITY
Growing up, mealtime was central to my family. I often watched my mom cook, asking endless questions about her techniques and ingredients, sparking my early interest in food.
A CHEF IN THE MAKING
My creative and entrepreneurial spirit comes from my mother, a former wedding cake baker. Her creativity in the kitchen inspired me to experiment with my own snacks and dishes, a habit I continue today.
REDISCOVERED PASSION
While cooking has always been a joy, working with a foodservice client reignited my passion. A 4-day culinary training course at the Culinary Institute of America deepened my knowledge and skills.

My love for cooking led to the creation of my Instagram page, @bonarppetit, where I share my culinary creations and restaurant experiences. I also aim to start my own foodservice business in the future.
